Title: Deployment Technician
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Hartford, CT
Pay Range: $25/Hr to $27/Hr.
Job Description:
Deployment Technician: Responsible for the daily operation of the Customer-Site asset handling processes, including inventory management, data erasure, packaging for returns/redeployment/disposal, and scheduling transportation services as needed.
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:
Deployment Technician: Responsible for the daily operation of the Customer-Site asset handling processes, including inventory management, data erasure, packaging for returns/redeployment/disposal, and scheduling transportation services as needed.
This position requires full-time on-site M-F (flexible between 7:00-4:30 - 8 hours).
Services can include:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to operate a pallet jack.
- On-Site receiving functions for new equipment orders.
- Performs imaging reclaimed (re-deployable) assets (if applicable).
- System builds (software, applications, etc).
- Asset tagging (if applicable).
- Device return processing and scanning
- Assist with Inventory management - new, re-deployable, disposal equipment.
- Data Center Inventory using customer provided tools and training.
- Hardware separation by disposition (Redeploy/Disposal).
- On-Site data erasure (data sanitization).
- Maintains the Customer-site facility in a neat, clean, organized and orderly fashion.
- Prepares Equipment for pickup/shipping.
- Passes escalations to the Program Supervisor as needed.
- Any other reasonable activities within the scope of the resources technical abilities that is agreed upon by both Customer and supplier.
