Job Title: PAM Engineer Level 6

Location: Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Rate/Salary: Open to Best Market Rate/Salary
Experience Required: 10+ years total, with 8+ years as a PAM Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer with deep expertise in CyberArk or equivalent PAM tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing PAM architectures, remediating privileged access gaps, and integrating with enterprise authentication services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deploy PAM solutions across enterprise environments

  • Analyze system/application/network logs for issue resolution

  • Configure secure integrations with external services like LDAP/S, RADIUS

  • Conduct application-level PA/EA discovery using questionnaires/workshops

  • Evaluate entitlement alignment with IAM PA policies and controls

  • Develop and socialize remediation plans with stakeholder teams

  • Guide app teams on remediation efforts and validate compliance post-implementation

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of PAM architecture, design, and deployment

  • Hands-on with CyberArk or any equivalent PAM solution

  • Strong knowledge of PA/EA Gaps Remediation processes

  • Familiarity with IAM policies, compliance frameworks, and access governance

  • Experience with business analysis and stakeholder communication

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Relevant industry certifications (PAM/Cybersecurity) are a strong advantage
