We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support large-scale transformation initiatives.

The OCM Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies that enable business users, leadership, and stakeholders to successfully adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.

This role requires strong expertise in change management frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Assess change impacts and organizational readiness.
  • Develop tailored OCM strategies aligned with program objectives.
  • Create actionable deliverables, including stakeholder maps, communication plans, training strategies, and adoption metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with executives, managers, and end users to build sponsorship and drive adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
  • Support change agent networks and site champions.

Communications & Training

  • Design and deliver clear communication materials that explain the why, what, and how of the change.
  • Collaborate with training teams to create role-based training and user support materials.
  • Ensure ongoing reinforcement of change post go-live.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communication, or related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in OCM, ideally in consulting or within large-scale IT/business transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries (pharma, finance, healthcare, etc.) is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of an organization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption and readiness metrics.
