Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for getting New Leads and logos to enhance business relations.
  • Expanding business through new account development with a specialized focus on relationship building and client service.
  • Understanding the requirement and clients' needs and shortlist suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
  • Analyze requirements from clients/ Tier 1 vendors, assign and have a close follow with delivery teams.
  • Should have a good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment process with proven bench sales experience in the US IT consulting industry.
  • Develop a business plan, and sales strategy for growing revenue within accounts.
  • Experience working in the staffing domain.
  • Handling IT clients & meeting the Hiring Managers frequently in requirements gathering.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure all engagements are delivered.
  • Experience working with Vendor Management tools.
  • Responsible for client relations and company growth.
