We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with a proven track record in Salesforce solution design and architecture and hands-on experience in managing L2 Support Teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical development efforts, and managing a team of L2 support engineers to ensure consistent application uptime, performance, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including at least 2 years in an architect-level role.
3+ years of experience managing support or operations teams (L2/L3).
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
Experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
Deep understanding of ITIL-based service management practices.
Experience with support tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Remedy.
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA (preferred).
