What You ll Do:
Identify and develop staff augmentation & SOW opportunities with clients and new accounts.
Meet and collaborate with IT hiring managers to understand their needs and showcase Enfycon s staffing capabilities.
Present our recruiting process and demonstrate our ability to deliver top-quality technical talent.
Partner with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
Maintain a pipeline of potential IT staffing requirements and foster long-term partnerships.
What We re Looking For:
3 6 years of experience in IT staffing sales or account management (US market preferred).
Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
Proven success in developing new business in IT consulting/staff augmentation.
Driven, proactive, and ready to grow with an expanding team.
