We're seeking a Technical Program Manager for Workday HRIS with strong Agile experience to oversee the implementation, optimization, and integration of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and HR Information Systems, driving Agile-led transformations across enterprise systems. As a TPM, you'll facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage cross-functional teams, and drive program delivery in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile-driven Workday HRIS programs, including HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Recruiting, conducting sprint planning and stand-ups.
Manage end-to-end implementations, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, integrations with systems like SAP or Salesforce, and go-live support using Jira and Confluence.
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Develop detailed program plans with timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and dependency management across HR, Finance, IT, and stakeholders.
Manage Workday release cycles, communicate updates, and triage priorities using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Zendesk.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
8+ years in technical program management, with 4+ years focused on Workday HRIS deployments.
Strong Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban) in high-growth organizations.
Proven hands-on Workday expertise in business process deployments and data flows.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
