Working Title: Project Lead 3 - GIS Business Analyst
Work Location: Austin, Tx - Austin, Tx - This role requires onsite presence 4–5 days per week

This position will serve as a GIS Business Analyst and Scrum Master. The work involves planning, requirement gathering, backlog management and product owner activities.

- Gather and document business requirements
- Translate user needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business
- Guide the Scrum Team in Agile best practices and facilitate ceremonies
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business objectives
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Track and report team progress, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog
- Participate in the design of secure and efficient geospatial architectures
