Job Title: Ariba Business Solutions Analyst

Location: Hybrid Santa Clara, CA


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ariba Business Solutions Analyst to act as a liaison between IT and Business teams. The role focuses on delivering system enhancements, managing production support, and optimizing business processes related to Procurement, Finance, and Source-to-Pay operations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba and its integration with SAP ERP systems, along with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, data management, and system configuration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze issues, and deliver system improvements.
  • Manage production support for Ariba applications and ensure timely resolution of system or process issues.
  • Design and implement functional solutions to enhance procurement and finance workflows.
  • Work on Ariba integration with SAP ERP modules such as Material Management (MM), Record to Report (R2R), and Finance (FI).
  • Lead small-to-medium enhancements and system improvement projects independently.
  • Manage data uploads/downloads in Ariba and maintain Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) workflows for supplier onboarding.
  • Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and related automation.
  • Work closely with global, cross-functional teams to drive process and system optimization.
  • Follow Agile and SDLC practices to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba (Upstream and/or Downstream).
  • Strong hands-on experience in Procurement, Sourcing, and Accounting processes.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project implementations and post-production support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Tables, TCODES, and technical troubleshooting related to P2P processes.
  • Experience designing and maintaining SLP workflows for supplier onboarding.
  • Good understanding of system design, architecture, and data flow between Ariba and SAP ERP.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional SAP or Ariba certifications.
  • Experience working in large, global enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to craft creative and scalable solutions to complex business challenges.
