System-level Test Development Engineer (Python Scripting/Test Stations/Electronics)

Title: System-level Test Development Engineer (Python Scripting/Test stations/Electronics)

Location: Santa Clarita (Valencia), CA Onsite Required (Hybrid 3-days onsite per week Minimum)

Length: 12 Months+ (can be up to multi-year contract or potentially conversion down the road)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Process: 2 rounds Virtual then onsite (if local), virtual (if non-local)

Background check and Drug Screen: Both May be required.

Oxford client looking to fill a Systems Test Engineer role to help with a number of projects in the neuromodulation group, including testing, electronics like IPG's (implant pulse generators), IC's, SOC's, BLE, etc.).

SKILLS NEEDED:

-System-level test Engineer on test station, background electronics, generate their own test scenarios, test objectives, test development (doing scripting), test development of a test station.

-Execution analysis of results, generate reports, etc. Python scripting. Been a test owner as in someone can come in and help build test scenarios based on what product they re testing and meet the requirements.

-Generate the test scripts, drive for automation in their testing.

-Electronic-oriented test station in the lab with various lab tools: O-scopes/various analyzer with proficient scripting ability in Python.

-Open to seeing from semiconductor or defense/military/aerospace for system-level engineer profiles.
