Role: Python ETL Data Engineer
Location: Austin TX (100% Onsite No flexibility)
Contract Job
Prefer to have someone local to Austin TX
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in designing and developing Data Engineering and Extract, Transform & Load ( ETL ) data pipelines based solutions.
- Strong Experience with Python Programming (best practices, Code Quality, Security Vulnerabilities handing, Resiliency and reliability best practices)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- 5+ years experience of ETL on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- 5+ years experience of ETL using Dataflow / Python
- 3+ years experience on Google Cloud Storage (GCS)
- 3+ years experience on Composer / Airflow
- 3+ years experience on BigQuery or PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding, knowledge, and experience on ETL concepts
- Expertise in writing complex SQLs
- Strong Python data processing expertise
- Strong understanding on knowledge on Databases
- Good to have knowledge on GenAI
- Designing and developing CI/CD pipelines with version control to facilitate automated deployments.
