We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Data Analyst to join our team in Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for using ServiceNow platform to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Utilize ServiceNow platform to collect, analyze, and report data, enabling the organization to make informed decisions.

Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner.

Work closely with client management to prioritize business and information needs.

Troubleshoot data-related issues and track their resolution.

Evaluate changes and updates in ServiceNow to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Assist in designing and developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform that adhere to industry best practices.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand and meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.

Proven experience in data models and reporting packages.

Strong knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow platform.

Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports.

Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools and techniques.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
