Position Summary:
Evaluate requirements and translate them into mission support for the branch with the ultimate goal of providing the highest standard of customer-focused support. Oversee and coordinate the cooperation of all CSSP Teams in the program's Tri-Annual Evaluating Scoring Metric (ESM). Manage the program's SOP and TTP document repository for compliance management and conduct the monthly Change Control Board meeting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate requirements and translate them into mission support with the goal of providing the highest standard of customer-focused support
  • Oversee and coordinate the cooperation of all CSSP Teams in the program's Tri-Annual Evaluating Scoring Metric (ESM)
  • Manage the program's SOP and TTP document repository for compliance management
  • Conduct the monthly Change Control Board meeting and capture meeting minutes
  • Manage Tabletop Exercises (TTX) and produce After Action Reports (AARs) and Lessons Learned (LL)
  • Create and conduct quarterly surveys of customers (subscribers) to assess quality and standards
  • Create and maintain evaluation metrics and standards to efficiently validate compliance to external standards
  • Review applications, tools, and programs developed by DCSB sub-sections as an independent verification
  • Implement, maintain, and update testing strategies and methodologies for software validation
  • Oversee and maintain documentation in conjunction with software development and systems administration teams

Skills:
  • Expertise in quality assurance methodologies and processes
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance requirements
  • Strong documentation management capabilities
  • Ability to conduct effective Tabletop Exercises (TTX)
  • Experience developing After Action Reports (AARs) and Lessons Learned (LL)
  • Strong organizational and process improvement skills
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality validation processes
  • Experience with evaluation metrics and standards development
  • Familiarity with survey development and analysis

Required Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in quality assurance or related field
  • Experience with cybersecurity service provider operations
  • Background in compliance management
  • Experience with change control processes
  • Experience with document repository management
  • Experience creating and maintaining evaluation metrics and standards
  • Experience validating software and tools functionality
  • Experience developing and conducting customer surveys

Preferred Experience:
  • 18+ years in quality assurance for technology services
  • Experience with DoD cybersecurity evaluation metrics
  • Background in SOP/TTP development and management
  • Experience facilitating TTX for cybersecurity scenarios
  • Experience with CSSP compliance and evaluation programs
  • Experience with ESM preparation and evaluation
  • Experience with software testing and quality validation processes
  • Experience with subscriber compliance validation
