Job Details

seeking an experienced IT Operations Support Engineer to manage and support cloud-based services, troubleshoot production issues, and improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, technical troubleshooting capabilities, and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), SQL, and automation tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and resolve customer-reported issues from start to finish.
  • Follow policies, security standards, and change management procedures.
  • Support QA and production releases.
  • Evaluate and improve operational processes and tooling.
  • Maintain and update documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and cloud teams to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Onboard new partners and troubleshoot onboarding issues.
  • Configure monitoring and logging tools; run regression test scripts.
  • Report on success rates and issues on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in weekly on-call support rotation for production environments.
  • Stay updated on emerging tech and best practices; prototype new concepts.

Requirements:

  • 3 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or operations.
  • Proven experience supporting cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Working knowledge of Python for scripting/troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SQL programming and debugging.
  • Familiar with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Rundeck, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to document processes and write technical articles.
  • Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to provide after-hours support during planned maintenance or production incidents.
