RPA Analyst

Compensation
Pay Range:$44.10-$63.00/Hrs

Description
* Identify opportunities for automation and engage in initial discussions with business units.
* Manage project boards and collaborate with various teams to facilitate progress.
* Develop and maintain process models to enhance team understanding.
* Propose and implement process improvements aligned with strategic goals.
* Lead collaborative sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment.
* Support go-live activities and conduct post-implementation reviews.
* Monitor trends and technologies to enhance transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct complex analysis of current and future state processes.
* Collaborate with teams to gather measures and identify improvement opportunities.
* Oversee the creation and maintenance of documentation for requested changes.
* Generate and deliver operational and performance reports.
* Develop training materials and support the use of new solutions.
* Monitor and assess automation performance for optimization.

Qualifications
* 2-4 years of relevant experience.
* Experience with project management tools.
* Familiarity with major automation tools.
* Strong communication and time management skills.
* Experience in finance or logistics is a plus.
