We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a leading American manufacturer and retailer known for its premium footwear and workwear products. This organization is undergoing significant digital transformation and supply chain modernization efforts. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact, multi-million-dollar initiatives that span across business units and technology domains.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project leader who thrives in both Agile and Waterfall environments and has a strong track record of delivering complex enterprise projects on time and within budget.

Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage enterprise-level projects across multiple business units
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies or Waterfall milestones as appropriate
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and project sponsors
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, including planning, tracking, and delivery
• 8+ years of experience in IT or business technology environments
• Proven success managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects
• Experience with both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing-related projects
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certifications
• Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or digital transformation initiatives
