Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Consultant with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday modules and extensive experience working with clients to design, implement, and support Workday solutions tailored to their specific needs.

 

Responsibilities: Lead and participate in all phases of Workday implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

Configure Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, and Recruiting to meet client needs. Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio. Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Finance to ensure successful project delivery. Stay updated on the latest Workday releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for optimization and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configuration, integrations, and functionality. Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and documentation to improve delivery efficiency and quality. Act as a subject matter expert on Workday, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in implementing and configuring Workday solutions, including hands-on experience with Workday HCM and at least two other modules. Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and data models. Experience with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Workday certification(s) preferred. Experience working in consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
