Job Description:
Seeking an HR Generalist for 9 month contract for a financial services company in Winston-Salem, NC. This position is a hybrid role (3 days onsite).
They will assist in multiple aspects of HR, including onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration and training programs. The HR Generalist will be responsible for maintaining HR processes and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
- 5+ years HR experience
- Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
