Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned AVEVA MES Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong foundation in application design, development, and integration. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced combination of hands-on technical and functional experience, focusing on AVEVA MES/MDM, manufacturing operations, and shop floor integration with enterprise systems. Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and architecture design of AVEVA MES and MDM platforms Provide hands-on technical development and integration expertise (approx. 70% technical, 30% functional) Collaborate with functional teams and manufacturing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust MES solutions Design, develop, and optimize MES applications including interfaces to ERP systems, SCADA, and shop floor equipment Participate in estimation, labeling configuration, and functional design reviews Deliver 34 full-cycle MES program implementations Ensure quality, performance, and documentation for MES projects Work with data collection systems, historians, visualization, and automated decision-making tools in manufacturing environments Required Skills: 12+ years of technology delivery experience with strong application design and development background 10+ years of hands-on techno-functional experience with AVEVA MES (formerly Wonderware MES) Strong expertise in AVEVA MDM (Manufacturing Data Model) architecture and implementation Proficiency in JavaScript, .NET, and related programming languages Solid knowledge of MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) technologies including: SCADA Historians Data collection systems Workflow automation Quality and efficiency management tools Strong understanding of shop floor integration and enterprise system interfaces (ERP, etc.) Experience working with MES estimation, labeling, and implementation best practices Preferred Skills: Knowledge of scheduling systems, visualization tools, and decision control technologies Familiarity with manufacturing standards and practices Certifications: Not specified, but relevant MES or AVEVA certifications would be a plus Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
