Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the implementation of Nuance-powered intelligent voice assistant solutions for hospital providers in the U.S. This role requires strong project management skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and expertise in AI-driven voice technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and milestones for the deployment of Nuance voice assistant technology.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with hospital administrators, IT teams, clinicians, and Nuance representatives to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other patient data protection standards.
  • Technical Integration: Work with developers and engineers to integrate Nuance s voice assistant into hospital systems, including EHR platforms.
  • Training & Change Management: Develop training programs for hospital staff and manage change adoption strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effective implementation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare IT or AI-driven solutions.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Nuance voice technology or similar AI-powered solutions.
  • Knowledge of hospital workflows and healthcare regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
