2247 Project Coordinator

Overview:

Healthcare client is seeking two Project Coordinators to support ongoing initiatives within the AT Core Tech Refresh Program and general project delivery efforts. Each role has a distinct focus, but both require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role 1: Project Coordinator - AT Core Tech Refresh Program

This coordinator will support a long-term technology refresh initiative by assisting project managers with administrative and operational tasks, primarily within ServiceNow PPM and Smartsheets.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update project data in ServiceNow PPM

- Support project managers by managing documentation and tracking deliverables

- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with deadlines

- Attend client and internal meetings to capture action items and updates

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ServiceNow PPM (strongly preferred)

- Familiarity with Smartsheets and Google Workplace

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
