Job Details

Location: Onsite in Sacramento, CA (with potential for some remote work)
Hours: 20 40 hours/week through June 30, 2025; part-time (20 hrs/week) beginning July 1, 2025

Job Summary:
We are seeking up to five (5) experienced Endpoint Support Technicians to join an IT operations team supporting a large-scale Windows 11 deployment and ongoing endpoint lifecycle services. This role will require working onsite and occasionally traveling between office locations within the Sacramento area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user technology support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Assist with Windows 11 deployment and lifecycle management
  • Perform user data backups, software/hardware inventory, and device replacement
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various devices
  • Support conference rooms, committees, and board meeting setups
  • Document and manage service requests using a ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Travel between local office sites using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT desktop/end-user support
  • Strong experience with Windows operating systems, including deployments and upgrades
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties related to endpoint setup and support
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Must be able to work onsite at designated locations; may be subject to medical or fitness-for-duty screening
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting operating system lifecycle efforts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise environments
  • CompTIA A+ or similar IT support certification
