Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital projects and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for digital site experiences.
Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, in partnership with the technical lead.
Lead workflow optimization to improve project delivery and team efficiency.
Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage project documentation and track progress.
Drive marketing automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders.
Ensure the successful execution of project deliverables by monitoring timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in digital projects.
Proficiency with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
Ability to create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires independent problem-solving.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and workflows.
