We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Leader to oversee the design, development, and administration of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives, supports ITIL processes, and delivers a seamless user experience.

  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

  • Design, script, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

  • Develop and maintain API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) with enterprise systems.

  • Collaborate with IT/business teams to refine workflows and improve service delivery.

  • Ensure security compliance with role-based access controls and platform monitoring.

  • Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and maintenance with minimal disruption.

  • Prepare documentation and deliver training for administrators and end-users.

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow administration and development experience.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate requirements into solutions.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.

  • Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, or Performance Analytics.

  • Agile/Scrum methodology exposure.
