Areas they will work on first.
- VPN issues, police vehicles. Isolating this - could be router in the vehicles that is losing power time to time
- Evaluation and testing and alternative VPN solutions - netmotion
- Website upgrade request - closed propriety cms systems. Update content within the UI. Get tickets on this. Simple content updates sometime related editatorial access. Some of these could be relates to permission.
- Computer user migratsion - replacing computers, printers. etc
- IT documentation, knowledge base
- Evaluation and testing performance monitory tools and vulnerability management
- Current vulnerability report on existing systems. they will help with remediating these vulnerabiliteis and managing back ups up.
