SaaS Operations Manager

Position Description
CGI's Credit organization is seeking a SaaS Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the SaaS operations run smoothly and efficiently, while meeting pre-defined SLA's. The SaaS Operations Manager is accountable for delivering and driving DevOps changes across the organization and driving efficient, scalable SaaS operations.

This position requires frequent travel to Knoxville, TN and can be located within proximity of any U.S. CGI location and the work schedule is Eastern Time.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and maintain SaaS operations within the Credit organization.
Ensure smooth operation, scalability, and continuous improvement to the SaaS platform
Lead a team and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
Determine KPIs for the adoption, usage, and response for the SaaS Operations. Delivers reports to stakeholders.
Evaluate and monitor SaaS operations, aiming to reduce any redundancy and bring out the cost-effectiveness.
Proactively identify and implement opportunities for automation, streamlining operations and improving efficiency
Work closely with product owners and engineers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution, while advocating for sound technical decisions
Monitor and analyze system performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the SaaS and DevOps landscape

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
6+ years' experience in a technical operations or DevOps role within the SaaS industry
Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing technical teams
Strong understanding of cloud computing.
Proficient in managing SaaS applications and infrastructure.
Ability to analyze data, monitor usage patterns, and identify optimizing opportunities.
Adapt to new software and technologies.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills and prior experience communicating with senior levels of management.
Willing to travel as required, approximately 25%

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,600 -$209,100.
