Piper Companies is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the buildout of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Bloomington, Indiana.
Responsibilities for the Construction Project Manager
Manage day-to-day construction activities from groundbreaking to turnover
Coordinate with design, engineering, EPCM, and internal project teams
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and contractor performance
Ensure adherence to GMP, safety regulations, and project specifications
Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues that may impact timelines or cost
Support commissioning, qualification, and final handover of facility
Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager
5+ years of experience in construction management within pharma or life sciences
Strong background in capital projects and facility buildouts
Familiarity with GMP requirements and cleanroom construction standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills
Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Compensation for the Construction Project Manager
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
Long Term Contract (with strong possibility of extension)
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
