Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our client's Client Relations Platform Migration. This role is pivotal to the success of our Customer Service and Client Relations team enablement.
This technical program manager will lead the planning, strategy, and seamless execution of this project. This person thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, and brings deep expertise in project planning, scoping, cross functional leadership, and delivery.

What You Will Be Doing:
Planning and Strategy:
Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Capture key use cases for client relations team members and facilitate coordination across multiple product teams to deliver solutions on time
Establish clear communication channels and reporting mechanisms.
Execution and Monitoring:
Manage the day-to-day activities of the migration project.
Track progress against the project plan, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and resolve dependencies.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Technical Leadership:
Understand the technical complexities of the migration process.
Collaborate with technical teams to define migration strategies and ensure technical feasibility.
Address technical challenges and roadblocks that arise during the migration.
Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly.
Facilitate collaboration and alignment among different teams and departments.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Monitor and track risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Escalate critical risks to leadership as necessary.

Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in managing technical migration projects, preferably in the retail or customer success domain.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
Technical background with experience in cloud infrastructure, databases, and APIs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Skills:
Notes: 2-3 years of Technical Product Management experience.
Must have Bachelor's Degree in any subject.
Must have vendor management experience.
Customer Success / Client Relations experience is a nice to have.
Position can be 100% remote in the US.
Preferably local to SF so the candidate can work a Hybrid work setting.
If 100% remote, will have to travel once a quarter.
