Job Details
Modern Technology Solutions Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a skilled Senior Systems Engineer to support the Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation in Huntsville, AL. This position requires a dynamic professional with proven expertise in project leadership, requirements management, and previous experience with Army Aviation Risk Management Process. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Army aviation and be able to capture, trace, analyze, and manage the evolution of aviation requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a project lead, managing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
Facilitate and oversee requirements management processes.
Apply a strong understanding of Army maintenance and materiel management systems to ensure effective operational outcomes.
Support risk management initiatives to identify, mitigate, and manage potential obstacles throughout system lifecycle processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Must have an Active Secret Clearance; U.S. citizenship required
Demonstrated experience as a project lead managing several concurrent projects.
Proficiency in requirements management frameworks and tools (e.g., DOORS Software and Project Recon Software).
Comprehensive understanding of the Army Aviation requirements management throughout the development lifecycle.
Previous experience overseeing Army Aviation risk management processes.
