Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst / Platform Analyst
Location: Hybrid Dallas, TX
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Platform Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals. You will serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear requirements, effective solutions, and successful adoption of Salesforce features.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Serve as liaison between business teams, developers, and QA to ensure clear, testable, and measurable requirements.
Own and manage product backlog; prioritize tasks for maximum business value.
Lead discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and process analysis.
Oversee UAT and facilitate review/demo sessions.
Support bug fix and enhancement prioritization with Product Owners.
Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce.
Configure, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions.
Ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Manage and support system testing.
Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and recommend best practices.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services preferred).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and support.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
