We Collaborate:

Coordinate closely with deployment leads and field operations to ensure the right users are trained at the right time

Maintain active communication with all Stakeholder groups to identify and relay recurring user challenges

Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to ensure consistency and quality across all training sessions and materials

We Do the Right Thing:

Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive operational or personnel data shared during training

We Have Fun:

Foster an encouraging, engaging, and approachable training environment that builds confidence through participation

Bring energy and positivity to live sessions to ease anxiety about system changes

Reinforce a culture where learning is seen as continuous and accessible

And We Take Initiative:

Proactively identify opportunities to improve training methods, materials, and delivery flow

Comfortable leveraging data and advanced analytics to strengthen early adoption of the technologies being deployed

Take ownership of user readiness within assigned deployments, anticipating potential friction points and adapting in real-time

Continuously learn from sessions and feedback to refine future training approaches

Support content refinement efforts by documenting FAQs, logging confusion points, and suggesting playbook improvements

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in training or operations support, preferably in fast-paced, field-based environments

Excellent facilitation, organizational, and customer service skills

Able to translate complex workflows into step-by-step processes and communicate them clearly

Familiarity with digital learning tools (Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, LMS platforms)

Experience in student transportation or dispatch environments a plus

Salary: $70,000 - 100,000 per year
