Salesforce Media Cloud Solution Architect

Role Overview
We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep Salesforce Media Cloud expertise to partner
with the client on a year-long engagement. This role requires at least 2+ years working
directly with Media Cloud and 7+ years overall Salesforce Architectural experience. You ll
be responsible for shaping end-to-end solutions that align business requirements with
Salesforce Media Cloud capabilities, ensuring scalability, adoption, and measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into solution designs leveraging Salesforce Media
Cloud (Ad Sales Management, Campaigns, Contracts, Placements).
- Define and oversee solution architecture, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best
practices and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure business
needs are met through scalable Media Cloud solutions.
- Guide cross-cloud strategy, connecting Media Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
and Marketing Cloud.
- Drive workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demos to validate design decisions
with stakeholders.
- Partner with the Technical Architect to ensure designs are technically feasible and
implemented successfully.
- Support adoption by providing documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills
- 7+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience, with 2+ years implementing Media Cloud.
- Strong experience designing solutions across Ad Sales, Campaign Hierarchies, Media
Plans, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Expertise in Media Cloud data model, workflows, and business processes.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, map customer processes, and deliver end-to-end
solution roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limits (configuration vs.
customization, security, scalability).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical
audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading Media Cloud discovery and solution workshops.
- Familiarity with Media Cloud Advanced features (inventory, forecasting, analytics).
- Exposure to ad-tech/mar-tech integrations (FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager,
Operative).
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Data Architect, or Industry Cloud Consultant
