Position: Lead/Architect SAP FICO Consultant with Record to Report (RTR) Exp
Duration: ASAP to 03/2025
Location: 90% remote

Roles and Responsibilities

• Need a Solution expert and team lead in the RTR space with A&D and/or discrete manufacturing experience.

• Should have experience building a roadmap and maintain a vision for customer's goals.
• Expert in SAP S/4HANA global design with US localization (three FLC of S/4HANA) and should be able to perform design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA systems to meet client business requirements. Create business process procedures (BPP's), swim lane process flows, functional specifications, configuration guides and testing scripts.

• SAP FI, CO, AP, AM, AR, GPM (Government Property Management) experience needed within a complex OEM Aviation or A&D manufacturing space.
• Government Resource Related Billing (RRB), Contract holdback & DOD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), to achieve CAS compliance.
• Know Actual Costing, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), Workforce Authorization Management (WAM) and Defense Contractors Disclosure Statement requirements.
• Dassian experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for respective Value Stream and ability to define a target end-state and transitional plan within context of customer project portfolio.
• Familiar with Agile methodology and its constructs.
• Expert in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project).
• Targeted travel, as needed to client locations.
• Lead and mentor team members and provide best practices training to end-users.
• Understand Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and provide best practices training to end-users.
