Core Responsibilities:
The main goal is to improve legal operations and processes through technology. Key duties often include:
Liaison & Translation: Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department (l legal ops) and the IT department or technology vendors.
Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or for updates to existing systems.
Process Improvement: Experience with CLM and exposure to salesforce will be a big plus
Project Management: Managing or supporting the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including testing (UAT), training, and implementation.
Data Analysis: Creating reports and dashboards ( Tableau experience) will be a plus
System Support: Often serving as a subject matter expert for key legal applications, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
