Job Summary: HubSpot CRM Architect
- Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot CRM solutions to meet business requirements
- Analyze current CRM processes and identify areas for improvement or automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop customized workflows, pipelines, and integrations within HubSpot
- Ensure data integrity and security across all CRM operations
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for CRM usage and development
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues and system errors
- Train and support end users to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness
- Stay updated on HubSpot platform updates, features, and industry trends
- Document CRM configurations, processes, and customizations for future reference
