Workday Financial Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Lead Consultant to join our healthcare client's team as they kick off a full-platform Workday implementation. This is an exciting, long-term opportunity to play a key leadership role in deploying Workday Financials within a complex, enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional lead for the Workday Financials workstream, ensuring alignment with business needs and project goals.
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration for key Financials modules (e.g., Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Grants).
• Partner closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide guidance on best practices, process improvements, and change management for Financials.
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities, including post-production support.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and implementation partner for Financials-related matters.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Workday Financials experience, including full lifecycle implementation leadership.
• Strong knowledge of multiple Workday Financials modules within a healthcare or similar complex industry environment.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage stakeholders, and deliver on project timelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Workday certification in Financials is highly preferred.
