Job Details
The Digital Analytics Analyst owns analytics and reporting across our kiosk and web commerce platforms. This role blends product ownership with delivery management: you ll lead GA4/GTM implementation, govern event taxonomy, audit data quality, and ensure measurement is aligned to business goals. You will influence both the implementation of data capture and the output derived from that data, ensuring integrity and usefulness end-to-end. You ll be responsible for defining, refining, and reporting on KPIs that measure both platform health and business performance, while producing actionable insights for Marketing, Merchandising, and leadership.
REQUIRED:
Experience with:
- Analytics of web commerce and kiosk platforms and reporting/presentations
- GA4/GTM implementations
- Writing Features, Epics, and User Stories, defining acceptance criteria and managing analytics delivery through development sprints
- Building and reporting on KPIs (dashboards with Looker Studio/Tableau, BugQuery)
- Conducting KPI-driven testing and experimentation (A/B, multivariate)
- Audit event collection and funnel integrity
- Produce actionable insights for other teams and leadership
