Senior Provider Data Maintenance Specialist | 1 Year of Experience | Onsite in Chicago, Tulsa, Albuquerque, or Helena | Contract to Hire

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Senior Provider Data Maintenance Specialist  with 1 Year of Experience  to support a Healthcare Payor Client based out of the Chicago, Tulsa, Albuquerque, or Helena area. This is a 18 month contract opportunity.

  • Helena, MT

RATE RANGE: $19 - $20
START DATE: August 4, 2025
HOURS/SCHEDULE: Start times are between 6:30am to 9:00am post training. The staff works within the time zone of their state.
WORKER TYPE: W-2

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

  • HS Diploma/GED (education verification required) plus 1 year of experience with Provider Network contracting and credentialing systems OR 5 years of experience in the Health Care industry
  • Ability to develop training materials and act as an advisor to staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including analytical tools
  • Experience developing reports
WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Subject Matter Expert in the Professional Provider Credentialing Process
  • 2 years of experience with current government-sponsored health insurance networks
  • Knowledge of:
    • Health care delivery systems
    • Claim costing analytics
    • Provider network adequacy analytics
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the implementation of special projects
  • Assist with tracking various phases of a project and managing workflow
  • Assist management in training team members on business rules in network contracting and credentialing
  • Identify gaps in processes and suggest process improvement strategies
