Must have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in Health and Welfare benefits services
- 3+ years of professional experience with strong functional depth
- Previous experience with client implementations and platform migrations (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
