Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) and PSS to meet business needs.
Develop and configure OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and other OmniStudio components.
Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other components.
