Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $40.00/hr.

Job Description
Level II Technician
- Perform mid-level splicing for aerial, underground, and ISP cable routing
- Interpret construction prints and splice matrixes
- Conduct mid-sheath cable entry and ribbon splicing
- Use OTDR and power meter testing for troubleshooting
- Install splice enclosures and perform cable relocations
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to outages and emergencies with urgency
- Maintain safety standards and perform other duties as assigned
Level III Technician
- Lead complex splicing projects with minimal supervision
- Troubleshoot networks and deliver test results
- Create Smart Sheets and Excel trackers for project tracking
- Conduct pre-job inspections and assign tasks to technicians
- Manage time, materials, tools, and documentation on-site
- Train and mentor other technicians
- Champion ADB culture and drive safety and quality improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Shifts: 7 AM-7 PM / 7 PM-7 AM (moving to 3 shifts soon)
- Schedule Options: 3 weeks on / 1 week off or 6 days on / 2 days off
- Onboarding: 1-2 days of hands-on training in our mobile trailer
- Gear: Steel-toed boots required; all other equipment provided
