Job Title: Senior Frontline Consultant for AI
Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Hybrid 1-2 days a week)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role with direct client engagement.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions including AI expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and business metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• MSP Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within AI technology or business systems industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing consulting teams or projects.

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to assess their business processes, identify challenges, and recommend effective solutions.
• Develop and present comprehensive consulting strategies that align with client goals and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize and implement solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor project progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies to maximize client value and satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform consulting practices.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of consulting tools, templates, and best practices.
