Description
Robert Half has a great short-term opportunity in Southfield for a Help Desk Analyst I, who will be responsible for providing first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems. Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware, software, and application problems
Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues in a timely manner
Communicate with users through various channels such as telephone, email, or in person to provide precise support and documentation
Diagnose and resolve network issues, browser problems, and hardware malfunctions
Handle tasks related to Windows, macOS, and Linux devices, including imaging and provisioning devices
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience within IT Support
Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows
Knowledge and experience in Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
Familiarity with Mac OS and Linux operating systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a team environment
