Job Description:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Building tools and establishing infrastructure for a excel, SQL database and Power BI data flow.
- Generating reports using large amounts of historical data and extrapolating points of inefficiency.
- Establishing automation of current manual processes and creating better rules for current automation.
- Set up and configuration of REST API end points.
What are the top MUST HAVE technologies?
- SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Power Bi DAX
- Visual code experience
- Python Pandas
?Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years' experience in data analysis and report writing roles.
- Independent self-starter attitude
- Experience developing Power BI Reports and Dashboards.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI premium workspace.
- Capable of advanced calculations in a data set.
- Ability to work with Excel, SharePoint and Post Gres Power BI Data Flows.
- (preferred) Experience in Utility, Engineering or Construction industries.
- Strong data base knowledge understanding data types, modeling, and best practices.
- Integration, API and ETL experience.? Candidate should have advanced understanding and experience with data processing and transformation.
- Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
- Experience using Python with Power BI solutions
