The position will advance across while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process. Walker Healthforce is seeking a Corporate Recruiter with 2+ years of experience located in Detroit, MI. This is a 4-month contract opportunity.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience required.
- High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate).
- Experience with applicant tracking system.
- Candidates must have experience with Taleo (ATS).
- Strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a high level of professional acumen.
- Must have experience recruiting for Revenue Cycle positions within healthcare, including roles such as coding, provider education, billing, leadership, and central authorization.
