- Price set up tools used by business teams
- Price notification/publisher capabilities to all website and stores
- Integration with decision science models and apply pricing rules based on model output

Position Summary/Job Description:
As a QA Analyst IV in Pricing Tools, will help maintain our high standard of quality by contributing to the QA automation infrastructure. You will work closely with the developers on our modernization initiative to ensure that technical designs account for all scenarios, based on your deep domain knowledge. You will lead team planning activities and contribute to strategic planning. Your depth of domain knowledge aids you in anticipating technical issues at the product level and makes architectural and design decisions to avoid them. You will develop and maintain automation tools, scripts, and tests that increase the speed, efficiency, and quality of testing provided by the QA team.
The Pricing Tools team is responsible for building, delivering, and supporting highly scalable and resilient software that ensures Best Buy is providing the right price for the customer wherever and however they are shopping. We collaborate with other software development teams to create new pricing capabilities for our employees and customers. We are committed to delivering the right software at the right time
qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Retail Industry domain knowledge, specifically Point-of-Sale, Offer and Price Management, Pricing, Retail Store Operation, Digital
- Experience with Test Management Tools: Microsoft Azure, Jira
- Experience with Test Automation Tools: Confluence, SmartBear, SOAP UI, Postman, Insomnia, Swagger, Karate, SauceLabs, Visual Studio Code, DBeaver, Cucumber, Gatling
- Experience with Defect Management Tools: Microsoft Azure, Jira, Axosoft
- Experience with difference Database Tools (such as MS SQL, Oracle, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, CockroachDB)
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodology and practices
- Full lifecycle of Testing: Unit Testing, Functional Testing (APT, IPT, UAT, Regression), Load/Performance Testing, REST API Testing, Defect Management, Quality Assurance, Peer Review
skills: - Experience with event-driven tools and architecture: Kafka, MQ
- Experience with designing and developing high availability enterprise software products
- Familiarity with the following programming languages: Java, Groovy, C#, Javascript
- Extraordinary communication skills
