Client is a leading telecommunications company dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM) ServiceNow Specialist to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our operations.

Job Description:

As a Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM) ServiceNow Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our telecommunications service operations using the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure high levels of service quality for our customers. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, configuring, and maintaining the TSOM module within the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs of our telecommunications operations.
  • Identify network issues and assess impacts across multiple network monitoring systems.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Customizing ServiceNow modules, forms, and workflows to automate service management processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Providing technical expertise and support for TSOM-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Conducting system testing, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, user guides, and training materials for TSOM processes and procedures.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in telecommunications service management and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in configuring and customizing TSOM modules.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications service management concepts, processes, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used in ServiceNow development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) related to TSOM or IT Service Management (ITSM) is a plus
