What You Will Do
Design and architect scalable, secure, and robust platform solutions.
Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for new platform features and enhancements.
Conduct architectural reviews and ensure best practices in implementations.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve platform scalability and performance.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.
Assess the current IT landscape and architecture, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation
Develop and maintain the architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business goals and enterprise strategy
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of architecture artifacts
Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, ideally in the financial services industry
Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities and delivering transformation projects through the effective application of enterprise architecture principles
You will develop microservices, web UI applications and deploy them into AWS (or Azure) environment using the latest CI/CD tools.
Analyze performance issue using modern tools and have a focus on code quality working hand in hand with out test engineers
- In-depth understanding and hands on experience with cloud computing, microservices, APIs, messaging and modern architecture patterns
- Experience with enterprise-wide integration, including both on-premises and cloud-based systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into architectural designs
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide development teams in architectural best practices
- experience with Object Oriented Programming using modern Java tech stack in AWS
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Java Spring Framework, Angular and other development frameworks
- Experience with RESTful Microservice technologies and event driven architecture solutions.
- Experience with GitLab, Harness, Nexus, Maven/Gradle, Terraform, web services and related Microservice technologies.
- Experience in full software development life cycle using agile methodologies
- Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux OS.
- Ability to write high quality code with automated testing and TDD. Ability to analyze business requirements, crafting functional technical designs, business level documentation and code development.
- Debug code, problem analysis, issue resolution and identify root-cause.
- Works with limited supervision to develop solutions to meet the business needs and on time.
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies.
