Description of work:
- User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand user needs related to the Design System
- Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for components and patterns within the Design System
- Development: Completing the front-end development for custom software applications
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner, UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the Design System is holistic, cohesive, and user-centric
- Design Testing: Utilize various testing methodologies to validate design solutions and ensure they meet user needs and expectations
- Documentation: Assist in documenting design guidelines, component usage, and best practices to ensure consistency and clarity for all users of the Design System. Feedback Integration: Actively seek feedback from peers, stakeholders, and users, and iterate on design solutions based on this feedback
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and methodologies to ensure the Design System remains modern and user-friendly. Accessibility: Design with a focus on inclusivity, ensuring that components and patterns adhere to accessibility standard
