A leading enterprise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to spearhead a critical platform replacement initiative. This pivotal role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle for a new land management system, enhancing operational efficiency and leveraging cutting-edge technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of complex software and technology projects, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
• Manage projects across diverse technology domains, including enterprise applications, data platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Serve as a primary liaison, translating intricate business needs into clear technical requirements and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of demonstrated success managing multiple, complex projects, particularly large-scale platform replacements.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing project teams, effectively utilizing both internal and external resources.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, alongside strong skills in MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience in overseeing projects involving data conversion, system integration (including GIS), and automation of manual processes.
